Sound Baithing

Dive deeply into a state of complete rest and peace with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) followed by an immersive sound bath of Tibetan prayer bowls, Chinese wind gong, Native American flute, lyre, ocean drum and koshi chimes to name a few. The busy mind is firstly led through a sequence of relaxation techniques to help quieten it so you reach that tranquil place between waking and sleep. Next, a variety of sounds are played, intuitively following the rhythm and energy of the evening. The sound bath allows the person to drift in a dreamy state to wherever their subconscious wishes to go. Such sessions have a track record of reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia and even lowering blood pressure. They can remove creative blocks and help people release and process trapped emotions. Participants report a great sense of wellbeing after, and much improved sleep.

With over 20 years experience of teaching Yoga, Meditation and Energy Healing, you will be safely and expertly guided by Penelope Aldis.
